*This is gonna be a fun one! Each team will decide who will go first. One partner will begin to row or bike for max cals. While that partner is rowing or

biking the other partner is performing the first set of reps of snatch and c&j’s. Once that athlete has completed the reps they will switch spots. Once both sets of reps and max cals have been completed you are done! Score is time and reps (cals) on the machines!!!
