100 Pull Ups
100 Deadlifts 155/105
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
Pace horse style. Meaning there will be one partner running 400m the entire time.
Partner A – Running 400m
Partner B – Working on the movements
Partner C – Switching on and off with Partner B working on the movements.
When Partner A returns one partner must switch out the go on a run. This rotation continues until the work is completed.
