Progressions to go over:

Level 1

– Hollow Body/Plank Hold on the floor

– Hollow Hold Reaching to Wall

– Wall Facing Wall Walks (nose to wall)

– Wall Facing Handstand Hold 1 min

– Back Facing Handstand Hold

Level 2

– Handstand Kick ups (Against a Wall Or with a partner)

– Handstand Holds (minimal movement)

– Handstand Walking

– Handstand Directional Walking

– Handstand Obstacle Courses!
