Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

3 Rounds

(30 sec on / 30 sec off)

1) L Leg Step Through Lunge

2) R Leg Step Through Lunge

3) Walk Out Push-ups

4) Elbow Jacks

5) Push-up + Shoulder Tap

Each movement gets 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds to transition to the next movement (1 min total per movement). Continue this for all the movements until all 3 rounds are complete.
