I started CF after graduating college and moving to WA in 2012. It was the only thing I have come upon that filled that hole left from a lifetime playing competitive sports. The intensity of CF was the closest I’ve come to the work is put in as a D1 softball player. The longer I’ve been a part of CF at the various gyms I’ve been to, I’ve come to see the real power of CF is actually the impact it can have on any individual wishing to live a healthy life. The sport of CF is also a good outlet for my competitive tendencies, but that is only a small part.
As for coaching I started in 2013 and continued for about two years before setting it aside to focus on different goals. I always knew I’d come back because one of the best things I have ever done is to share the knowledge and experience I’ve gathered over the years with individuals. In the summer of 2018, here at CF7C it finally happened. While the group classes are amazing, my favorite is working with people 1-on-1, I love to learn what people’s goals are and watch them achieve and then surpass them!!! If I can help or be a part of it in any way, then I count myself lucky!!
