Coach Jen Sargeant has been a CrossFitter since 2015 and specializes in endurance activities, such as rowing, running and biking. With a great sense of humor, she summarizes her enthusiasm. “I enjoy helping people to make very good sweat angels,” she says. “I love coaching our members because of the diversity of jobs, skills, and personalities that each athlete has.”
An avid soccer player with a background in a variety of endurance-based activities, Jen’s experiences have uniquely prepared her to coach at CrossFit Seven Cities. After some time in the US Army teaching CrossFit to Teens as a master fitness trainer, and having subsequently participated in the 2017 CrossFit Open with CF7C, she became interested in joining the coaching team and has since enjoyed working with the athletes here at CF7C.
Jen, when not in the gym, can be out scouting for baked goods like peanut butter balls and brownies.
