Manager and Coach John Barry says he’s a tool … to be utilized in helping members achieve their goals. His favorite part of coaching is “That moment when an athlete is having trouble with a movement, you give them a cue, and it corrects the movement – like the piece that fits in the puzzle,” he says.
The thing that really grabbed him about CrossFit was the people. “I started CrossFit and couldn’t believe how great the community was,” he says. “I wanted to invest my time surrounded by the people and even give back to it.”
