Biography

Travis Motl specializes in weightlifting and helping people see their true potential. Travis loves seeing members take control of their health and being alongside them for their journey to better fitness.

Travis came to CrossFit Seven Cities after moving to Silverdale for the Navy. “I saw how Cody Smith coached and how that affected people in such a positive way, and I wanted to try to make a difference in people’s lives, too,” he says.
