Method/Process (Jiu Jitsu)

Triangle Attack:

– Break Posture

– Climb Body

– Trap shoulder and neck

– Triangle finish

Triangle Survival:

– Maintain Posture – HEAD UP

– Do not allow body climb – CONTROL HIPS and/or STACK

– Prevent shoulder/arm and neck isolation – KEEP ARMS HIDDEN AND FRAMED; SEPARATE SHOULDER FROM EAR

– ESCAPE OR PASS
