Back Squat (8-8-8-8)

Every 2 minutes for 4 Sets

*Work at around 60-70%

*All sets done at the same weight

Workout of the day

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 minute AMRAP

1 Round of:

10 OH Plate Alternating lunges (45/25#)

10 Box jump overs

Then…

2 Front Squat (105/75#)

*Complete 1 round then increase Front Squats by

2 each round. Ex:

1 Round

2 Front squats

1 Round

4 Front squats etc.
